Description
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Place fish in a non-stick pan, skin side down, with hot oil. Glaze top with marinade.
- Cook fish in pan for ~4 minutes.
- Finish cooking the fish in the oven on broil, until bubbly, and reaches an internal temperature of ~130F on the thickest side.
