Ginger-Soy Sauce Salmon/Fish de Herb

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • grapeseed oil for pan frying

Description

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably overnight.
  2. Place fish in a non-stick pan, skin side down, with hot oil. Glaze top with marinade.
  3. Cook fish in pan for ~4 minutes.
  4. Finish cooking the fish in the oven on broil, until bubbly, and reaches an internal temperature of ~130F on the thickest side.
