Description
Procedure:
- Wash potatoes as needed.
- In a pot, add potatoes and cover with 1″ H2O.
- Add 1 cup kosher salt. Stir well to dissolve.
- Bring potatoes to a boil.
- Low boil potatoes for ~15 minutes.
- Drain in colander really well. Potatoes will turn frothy white.
- Serve with melted butter. Enjoy!
