Description
- Preheat the oven to 450F (230C/Gas mark 8). Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the pastry bag and pipe small mounds onto the silicone mat.
- Dampen your fingers with cold water and neaten into pyramid shapes. Bake for 8 minutes, until a crust forms on the outside of the pyramids.
Notes: After cooling, you can dip the top half of the pyramids in melted bittersweet chocolate.
